This commercial manufacturer had invented the industrial stainless steel gas venting category, but lost market share to competitors. To reestablish itself as the sector leader, as well as increase revenues, the company wanted to launch a new marketing initiative and selected LSHD to lead the way. Leveraging its history, we positioned the company as the only one in the market with the insight and experience necessary to make products guaranteed to be the best. In a series of direct mail pieces, we successfully captured the simple yet innovative design of the company’s installation system, making a direct connection between the target audience and the venting application challenges they face.
